Constitution Facts or Fiction?

Lately people on both sides of political issues use what they consider Constitution Facts to defend their positions, especially as we near another Election(pulling on our Constitutional heartstrings), but what they say is not necessarily based on facts.

No matter the subject, Mosques, Immigration, Borders, Gay Marriage, Rights of this or that, the United States Constitution is used either as a shield or a hammer by both sides on subjects of doubt.

How can they all be right? Do you know, or do you assume the one on your side is right? Even if you've read (as we've suggested) The Constitution and Declaration of Independence, you may believe most of what you hear regarding the Constitution.

The key to understanding the different opinions, is to understand Interpretation of Constitution Facts.

Looking through the many interpretations is a real confusing eye opener.

Most Americans are not Constitutional Scholars. Even Scholars see Constitution facts differently.

Here's how to do a quick study of the Constitution so you can form your own interpretation.

Understand three things:

1st - What is the Constitution? The United States Constitution is a set of rules for Government, issued in a document.

2nd - What is the Purpose of the Constitution? The pupose is to protect the INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS of the CITIZENS of the United States of America.

3rd - This is the most important for knowing if Constitutional speak is valid.

Things That Are NOT In The CONSTITUTION.

The above Constitution site is very good for researching the United States Constitution. The text of US Constitution is followed closely with backround on most subjects(some of it is interpretation).

As always, we suggest doing your own research at the Voter Strikeforce 2010 Elections Research Center.

The Founders hold the key on how to interpret original documents. Read biographies with refereneces in the Founder's own words. Read their Famous Quotes and the meaning and purpose of the Constitution will become clear.

God Bless America!
